What’s Included:
Protein: 600g premium beef sirloin (thinly sliced, paper-thin!)
Marinade (Pre-made): Soy sauce (100ml). Korean pear juice (50ml – the magic ingredient!). Sesame oil (2 tablespoons). Brown sugar (2 tablespoons). Garlic cloves (6, minced). Ginger (1 tablespoon, minced). Green onion (2, sliced). Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon). Black pepper (1 teaspoon). Rice vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Note: Beef comes already marinated (4-8 hours in advance)
Vegetables for Cooking: Onion (1 large, sliced). Mushrooms (200g, sliced) – shiitake preferred. Bell peppers (2 colors, sliced). Garlic cloves (4 whole, unpeeled – optional for flavor)
Side Ingredients (Korean Banchan): Steamed white rice (per serving). Lettuce leaves (for wrapping meat). Sesame oil (for final drizzle). Salt (sea salt for dipping). Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce – 1 jar). Gochujang (red chili paste – optional)
