What’s Included in Your Kit?
“Mixed rice” a beautiful bowl of warm rice topped with vegetables, protein, egg, and spicy sauce:
Rice Base: 300g cooked short-grain Korean rice (warm)
Protein Option: Marinated ground beef (bulgogi style) OR Marinated tofu (for vegetarian) OR seasoned chicken breast
Vegetable Toppings (Seasoned Separately): Spinach (blanched and seasoned), Shredded carrots (roasted with sesame oil), Bean sprouts (blanched and seasoned), Zucchini(pre-sliced), Mushrooms, Radish sprouts or lettuce, Fresh cucumber
Sauce & Condiments: Gochujang sauce (pre-made), Sesame oil (for final drizzle), Salt (sea salt)
Garnish: 1 egg (fresh, for frying sunny side up), Sesame seeds, green onion (pre-cut), Nori (seaweed strips, optional), Fresh ginger (optional)
