What’s Included in Your Kit?

“Mixed rice” a beautiful bowl of warm rice topped with vegetables, protein, egg, and spicy sauce:

Rice Base: 300g cooked short-grain Korean rice (warm)

Protein Option: Marinated ground beef (bulgogi style) OR Marinated tofu (for vegetarian) OR seasoned chicken breast

Vegetable Toppings (Seasoned Separately): Spinach (blanched and seasoned), Shredded carrots (roasted with sesame oil), Bean sprouts (blanched and seasoned), Zucchini(pre-sliced), Mushrooms, Radish sprouts or lettuce, Fresh cucumber 

Sauce & Condiments: Gochujang sauce (pre-made), Sesame oil (for final drizzle), Salt (sea salt) 

Garnish: 1 egg (fresh, for frying sunny side up), Sesame seeds, green onion (pre-cut), Nori (seaweed strips, optional), Fresh ginger (optional)

Cooking Time: 

  • Total: 15-30 minutes

  • Servings: 1-2 people (depending on appetite)

Allergic Agents: Contains eggs (fried egg topping). Gluten not present (unless nori has it – check). Sesame seeds included. May contain traces of common allergens.

Korean street food favorite – chewy rice cakes in a spicy, sweet sauce that’s absolutely addictive:

Rice Cakes:400g fresh tteok (Korean rice cakes)

Vegetables & Proteins: medium onion (pre-cut), green onions (pre-cut for garnish), garlic cloves (minced), eggs (optional), Fish cakes (pre-sliced, optional), Fresh ginger (minced)

Sauce (Spicy & Sweet): Gochujang (red chili paste ),gochugaru (red chili flakes, optional), Brown sugar, Soy sauce, Sesame oil , Fish sauce (umami booster)

Seasonings & Toppings: Sesame seeds (for garnish), Green onion (for garnish, large bunch), Garlic (minced fresh), Sanlt & pepper

What’s Included:

Protein: 600g premium beef sirloin (thinly sliced, paper-thin!)

Marinade (Pre-made): Soy sauce (100ml). Korean pear juice (50ml – the magic ingredient!). Sesame oil (2 tablespoons). Brown sugar (2 tablespoons). Garlic cloves (6, minced). Ginger (1 tablespoon, minced). Green onion (2, sliced). Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon). Black pepper (1 teaspoon). Rice vinegar (1 tablespoon)

Note: Beef comes already marinated (4-8 hours in advance)

Vegetables for Cooking: Onion (1 large, sliced). Mushrooms (200g, sliced) – shiitake preferred. Bell peppers (2 colors, sliced). Garlic cloves (4 whole, unpeeled – optional for flavor)

Side Ingredients (Korean Banchan): Steamed white rice (per serving). Lettuce leaves (for wrapping meat). Sesame oil (for final drizzle). Salt (sea salt for dipping). Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce – 1 jar). Gochujang (red chili paste – optional)
