Each Beef Nihari Kit comes with everything you need, perfectly portioned:

Protein: 1kg premium beef shank (bone-in, pre-cut into perfect chunks)

Aromatic Base & Vegetables: large onions (pre-sliced for caramelizing), Fresh ginger, Fresh garlic, green chilies (4-5 whole for garnish), Fresh cilantro (large bunch for garnish), Fresh ginger (julienned, for topping), Lemon

Spices (Ground & Whole – Pre-Measured): Red chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Whole spices: bay leaves, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, peppercorns, Fenugreek seeds (optional), Nigella seeds (kalonji)

Cooking Essentials: Ghee (essential for authentic flavor), Yogurt, Beef stock (1 liter), Sea salt
